Complaints
If you have a complaint against us, or against another member, we have a procedure in place to handle it effectively and quickly. We promise to handle all complaints fairly, confidentially, effectively and quickly.
How is my complaint treated?
If you make a complaint you will receive an email confirmation within five working days (usually within 24 hours). We will investigate the complaint and take any appropriate action within five working days and notify you of our decision by email.
If you are claiming a refund from us, and we accept your claim, we will refund the money within five working days of receiving the complaint.
